I can't believe people are still talking about this 18-year-old game. LOL.
Unlike most other MM games which have one cycle of RMs, this one has two: Magnet -> Hard -> Top -> Shadow -> Spark -> back to Magnet
and Snake -> Gemini -> Needle -> back to Snake
I find Magnet Man, Top Man, or Snake Man to be the easiest ones to start on. What about you?

I always select the easiest robot masters first like top man ,snake man,spark man ,magnet man.
I always leave the last four tough guys till last,i.e needle man,gemini man,shadow man,hard man< i have experimented fighting all 8 and IMO those are the hardest to defeat in last place i cant decide between needle or gemini because there both formidable.
i havent made my own list but just want to know who do you think i should fight first from easiest to hardest?

I was always curious as to why the bass cuts out whenever the "WHO"-ish sound hits. It's most noticeable in the intro (:07)during the crazy "WHO" fill-ins but continues throughout the song. Was 4 the limit to how many instruments could play at once for the track? It sounds like the bassline should still be playing even when the drum hits. Anyone knows? Still. Whether or not this was done on purpose, THIS SONG IS MADE OF AWESOME.

I think I heard somewhere that 4 instruments WAS the limit so you might be correct, but I am not 100% sure so don't quote me. But still this song is soooo fucking sexy.

I have played this game so many times, none of them are hard anymore with just the plasma cannon. Usually I just pick a random order.
If you want an easiest to hardest order, start with Top Man then Spark Man. Their routines are so easy it isn't even funny. Then use the appropiate weapon on each successive master.

For me anyway: Top, Spark, Magnet, Hard, Snake, Needle, Gemini then Shadow is easiest to hardest.
The order for me usually doesn't matter. Most of the time I save the ones with the best music for later, lol.

Mine was spark, hard, magnet, top, shadow, snake, needle, then gemini. Gemini for me was a pain, mainly cuz i kept firing no matter what and most of his bullets hit me.
