But...Can you explain me why Ritchie appears on stage only in the middle of the song and why he tries to throw some water in Gillan's face? ...I know that there were some problems between Ian and Ritchie...but the Blackmore's behavior seems incredible...

Apparently he is actually throwing it at the camera man, because he asked for there to be no cameras on stage. This is also why he didn't come on until half way through the song. He was also such a prick that he played over the top of what should have been John Lord's Keyboard solo. What a gimp!

he appeared later because he didn't want the camera man on stage, so he returned to the dressing room and didn't want to come out until the camera was removed, that's why he sprayed the camera man with water. ritchie has major ego problems.
