The mutation of Tetsuo reminds me of the squid thing in from the watchmen novel in the way that it just came out of nowhere and was weird.

This movie doesn't even need a recreation. Look at it. But I would like to see an Akira 2: The World's End. Where some creatures have suddenly invaded (no slavery because it's gay), but in a brutal way (Guyver's creatures), and blah blah blah. And at the end of the trailer, just so that the fans can go "OMFG!!!", we should see him with his cape on standing heroically in front of an army of Hell's warriors. That'd be awesome. Especially if it was done in CGI. HELL YEAH!
